"I did understanding my bill and was extremely frustrated about the situation. The first person I spoke with Sara who was amazing and extremely patient literally did all she could. I was later given a call from Kerry because I was not understanding the process of adding a minor child. Kerry stayed late by over an hour to reach out to the billing department of State Farm to assist with explaining to me why my bill was so high. Long story short even before the issue was resolved I was still going to pay the new monthly bill because taking the time and the understanding shown on how and why I felt the way I did amazing.
